The guard house consists of an open-plan living area with a sea view on the ground floor, and three rooms on the first floor, one of which has access to the wonderful sea view terrace, as well as a bathroom.
A further added value is the large storage area for sports equipment, allowing for surfing, windsurfing and canoeing, thus providing a service that many establishments cannot offer. A spa project promises to make this offer even more attractive, further raising the standard of the services already present.
